Poster
The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSH
Act), P.L. 91-596, assures safe and healthful working
conditions for working men and women throughout the
Nation. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration,
in the U.S. Department of Labor, has the primary responsibility
for administering the OSH Act.
- Family and Medical Leave Act Poster
All covered employers are required to display and
keep displayed a poster prepared by the Department
of Labor summarizing the major provisions of The Family
and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and telling employees
how to file a complaint. The poster must be displayed
in a conspicuous place where employees and applicants
for employment can see it. A poster must be displayed
at all locations even if there are no eligible employees.
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act Poster
Every employer subject to the Employee Polygraph Protection
Act (EPPA) shall post and keep posted on its premises
a notice explaining the Act, as prescribed by the
Secretary of Labor. Such notice must be posted in
a prominent and conspicuous place in every establishment
of the employer where it can readily be observed by
employees and applicants for employment.
- Fair Labor Standards Act Poster
Every employer of employees subject to the Fair Labor
Standards Act's minimum wage provisions must post,
and keep posted, a notice explaining the Act in a
conspicuous place in all of their establishments so
as to permit employees to readily read it. The content
of the notice is prescribed by the Wage and Hour Division
of the Department of Labor.

Poster
Every employer covered by the non-discrimination and
EEO laws is required to post on its premises the poster,
"Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law."
The notice must be posted prominently, where it can
be readily seen by employees and applicants for employment.
The notice provides information concerning the laws
and procedures for filing complaints of violations
of the laws with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance
Programs (OFCCP).
